Bridal Gown Preservation

At She Said Yes Bridal, we know how important your wedding dress is and want to help you preserve it for years to come. That's why we work with the Wedding Gown Preservation Company to offer you the highest quality cleaning and preservation.   For more information, see our frequently asked questions below.

Frequently Ask Questions:

1.  Do I need to have my gown cleaned before I bring it to be preserved?  
No, cleaning is included with the price of your gown preservation.  Your gown will be cleaned and then preserved. 

2.  Do I need an appointment to bring my gown by?
During the week, feel free to bring your gown during our standard hours.  If Saturdays are best just please let us know before dropping off.  Once you bring us your gown we will ship it off for you.  

3.  Can I preserve my gown and veil?
Yes, the purchase of your preservation includes your gown and up to 5 accessories (including veil, belt, jacket, gloves, etc).

4.  How long will it take for my gown to be preserved?
  You should allow up to 10 weeks for your gown to be preserved and shipped back.  You have the option to have your gown shipped to us or shipped to you directly. 

5.  Is there a warranty for the preservation?
Yes!  We work with the Wedding Gown Preservation company and they provide a 100-year guarantee against sugar stains and yellowing of the fabric.  If the fabric begins to yellow they will reprocess your dress at no additional cost.  

6.  What if I didn't buy my wedding dress from She Said Yes, can I still have my dress preserved through you?
Yes!  As a She Said Yes bride you would receive 10% off, however, even if you didn't purchase your gown from us we would still love to help you preserve your dress.
